AI Summary
This report presents an exploratory study on student attendance in business schools, drawing from the author's personal experiences in Romanian high schools and a 2-year industrial diploma program. It defines student attendance and highlights the challenges faced, such as family issues and school transitions. The study then delves into the analysis of learning styles, focusing on Experiential Learning by David Kolb, which emphasizes a four-stage learning cycle, and the Honey and Mumford learning styles (activists, reflectors, pragmatists, and theorists). The report concludes by advocating for the use of learning styles to enhance the learning process, with a preference for the reflector style due to its focus on observation and experience, while also acknowledging its potential weakness of reduced direct participation. The report suggests that the activist learning style could be more beneficial for future improvement.

INTRODUCTION
Student attendance is defined as the people coming to the place in order to learn the
course for which they have applied within the business schools. I have conducted all my study in
the Targoviste in Romania and studied in 2 different high schools. First 2 years were done in the
high school and then I finished the high school and went for graduating a 2- year industrial
diploma. Also, there were many different types of problems being faced while my high school
study which affected my attendance like the family issue, also, attended two different types of
schools which created some of the problem.
The learning experience at the Romanian schools was very good as it had good
combination of different classes like math, grammar, foreign language and many others. Also,
the structure of the classes and the learning activities included many interesting activities like
games, group discussion, leadership activities, quizzes, brainstorming and many other different
types of learning and developmental activities. All the learning at the high schools changed me a
lot and helped me in growing in to a mature and more good person.
LEARNING STYLE ANALYSIS
For better learning of the student it is very much essential that they have go and attend
the classes within the business school (Hsu, 2017). This is essential as this improve the learning
capacity of the person. During the academic life the student has to undergo many different types
of learning and for doing these learning there are many different types of styles with help of
which the student can learn. Thus, it is very essential for the students to make use of the different
types of learning styles being used within the learning process. The different types of learning
style are like
Experiential learning by David Kolb- this is a style of learning which is a four stage
learning cycle and includes concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract
conceptualization and the active experimentation. All these stages are interconnected and assist
the person in having a good learning related to their course at the business school. This style of
learning states that the first the learner encounters a situation and then they try to understand the
situation and then reflect upon it. Further in addition to this the learner try to conceptualise the
whole scenario or the situation and then they experiment the learning in actual practice. By this
method the learner learns the new things and activities by experiencing them.

Learning style by Honey and Mumford- this is another style which is helpful in learning
for a student. Under this style there are four different styles of learning that is activists,
reflectors, pragmatists and theorists (Pritchard, 2017). Activists are the one learn by doing and
the theorist are the one who try to find reason behind any action. On the other side, reflector is
the one which observe and think relating to the concept to be learned whereas pragmatist is the
one who learn with help of identifying the abstract concept and then build knowledge relating to
it.
The most preferred style of learning is the reflector from the learning style by Honey and
Mumford. This is particularly underlying the reason that this type of learning mainly focuses on
the observation and experience and this is much good style of learning (Kirschner, 2017).
CONCLUSION
From the above whole study, it is clear that the using the learning style for the learning of
the new and different concept in the learning process at the university or the business schools. As
discussed above the most preferred style is the reflectors. This was most preferred as this
includes the learning with help of the observation and experience and when the person personally
observes the things then they remember it for more time. But the major weakness of this learning
style is the there is tendency of people of not directly participating in the learning process. This is
due to the reason that there are many different people who are very introvert and does not speak
then they will not be able to communicate with other in good and effective manner. Thus, this
will hamper the learning process of the person and they will not be able to learn in more good
and effective manner. For the improvement in future the more preference will be given to
learning style of activists. This is pertaining to the fact that this will when the person performs
certain activity then they remember that activity for more time and this adds to their learning.
