1.1 Identification and reflection on my approach to personal learning and
development
Personal development and studying is the method of improving an individual at some stage
in their life. This helps them to examine various sorts of capabilities and also in attaining all goals
and a profitable place in life. by the assistance of this, I can have a better lifestyle, as it will boost
my confidence and employability. Various kinds of needs such as protection needs, self-
actualization needs, and esteem needs can only be developed from personal development for a
better life. By attending learning and development courses, I made better decisions in real life.
Meeting different needs also improves performance by improving different kinds of skills, like
communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, adaptive and leadership skills,
and many other skills as well. It also articulates a personal vision that will help you achieve your
goals in a set amount of time (DoezeJager‐van Vliet, and et. Al, 2019). It also helps motivate people
to increase their productivity and confidence in their field. Learning and personal development not
only identifies the potential needed to achieve goals, but also adds a number of new values to an
individual’s life in order to overcome the problems that affect productivity.

Transferable skills are basically those skills that can be improved in real life by taking

achieve my goals on time. In addition, it also helps people motivate and enhance their performance
and self-confidence in a given field. Personal learning and personal development bring new value to
a person's life. This not only helps to realize the possibilities needed to achieve the set goals, but
