deconstruct the organisation model of the business and also to determine the critical success
factors that can make a sustainable business. The analysis of the business is essential in the
market considering the customers. The business that has been selected for the report is Feedmee
which is a new venture. The identification of the business is done on the basis that it is relatively
new, innovative and shows how they operate and the company is established in the last five
years. The report includes an analysis of business model canvas of V2food and explanation about
relationships of the nine blocks is discussed. Furthermore, the report includes the critical success
factors, change in business and many others.

global market, it has been found that company is going wild for meat-free meat and substitutes to
animal proteins in the year 2019 with a partnership among the Jack Cowin’s competitive Foods
& CSIRO’s investment funds which show main sequence ventures (V2food, 2020). The business
falls in the food industry as it provides the service of food. The mission of the company is to
form the tasty plant-based alternatives to the animal meat that is better and nutritious (Derrien,

The product that is offered by V2food is meat made up from plant which provides the same
