Employees are considered as an essential part within firm as it is essential for them to
work with each other to attain organizational goals. Management of firm needs to provide
effective training and development session to its workers so that they can enhance their skills and

member so that discussion could be done upon different dimensions. It also provides me chance
to make contact with different department so that best results can be attained. Further, I also
contribute in selection process and thus maintain the value of transparency, objectivity and

attributes obtain by leaders such as-
Communication skills- It is one of the effective skills possess by leaders that helps them
to communicate with each other and deliver the message so that proper decisions could
be taken in relation to attain desired objectives (Bernardin and Beatty, 2012).
Decision making- Leader within PM Company helps to make effective decision so that
skills candidates could be selected for the right job. Manager within firm aims to make
effective decisions and overcome challenges so that business targets can be attained.
Motivator- Further, leader also possess skills related to motivation among employees
and thus helps in satisfying customer needs. It is essential for leaders to possess both
