INTRODUCTION
Human resource department is play very important role in the business of parcel. There basic
role is to determine effective recruitment and selection procedure within the enterprise to
develop market and profits. This is because; with the help of staff member every organisation
can achieve their targets and handle various situations. They are frame structure to select right
candidate within the business (Hysmith, 2017). Present report is based United Parcel Service
(UPS) which is the largest parcel services in UK. They are facing leadership, management and
administration problems. Due to facing losses, customers are not satisfied from services of the
company so that it creates problems to make high profits and revenue. Overall recruitment and
selection procedure is also not good so that it creates problem to make effective results at
workplace.
