Customers are the main focus:  in the process of TQM, a customer decides whether the product of the company should be acknowledged or not. In the whole process customers’ input is of high value as it helps the production unit of the company to understand the actual needs of a customer and the required amenities in making a product that aligns with the customers’ choice.

For instance: if a customer complains about the quality of the product, then the production unit of a company will improve the quality of the product by switching some of the products with some qualitative products.

  • Employee’s commitment: to make the experiment of TQM successful, bringing employees into the front is of utmost importance. The connection of employees belonging to one department should be strong with the employees of another department to nullify the mistakes and errors in the process of production.

  • This will make employees more responsible for the production of a particular object.  Along with this, a company should provide sufficient training and tools to their employees in order to complete the assigned production within the assigned period of time. TQM also aims to reduce destruction and keep employees knowledgeable.

  • Continuous improvement:  a company after getting a good response from the customer should not stop its process of improvement, instead it always strives for improvement and continue with this process by adding on some more profitable deals to make the product perform better in the market and can compete with the other products of another company well.

  • Stay adherent to the process: the TQM system relies mainly on flowcharts, diagrams, and action plans. so, every man should be well aware of his part in the whole process of production and everyone's part of the work must be recorded. This will allow detection of the mistake that happened to someone at some point.

  • Approaching both systematically and strategically: the approach of the company must be drawn in the face of the plan strategically. A company must dedicate itself to performing in an outstanding way and coming first in the race with its competitors and to win this race an organization must work with good planning.
  • Utilization of data: the data that has been recorded from evaluation to the production of the product must be collected and evaluated separately, this is known as data utilization. It is the crucial step, the data involves is of turnover, production, efficiency, and employee code of conduct. By utilizing and evaluating this data company can check if the plans or target goals are matching with this data or not.

  • Communication : communication plays a very crucial role in accomplishing the goals set up by any firm or company for themselves. Though collected data is transferred freely and easily from one department to other. But human interference is always a must.
