because if they participate in change so resistance automatically reduce. For reduce reaction on changes so managers must make only necessary changes according to needs of improvements. It is very critical aspects of changes that managers do not keep in dark about new project to employees and give exactly information about changing. Reasons of resistance like fear of change, loss of position etc so change management doallthesethingsforreduceresistanceanditshelpfulinsuccessfulplanning, implementation and monitoring. Creatingownership–it’simportantfororganization, throughthisemployeeshas problem because they has to adopt changing in ownership in case of merge of two organization so it’s very difficult challenge for existing employees and staff So it also create resistance. Ownership is best created by involving people in identifying problem andmodifiedsolution.Inhealthcarecenteradoptfrequentlychanging.Change management create leader for ownership. Leaders manage their staffs due to changing environment. Its conduct for improve service and prevent weakness of BECH for give proper direction for improves work and services and meet objective (Drummond, 2015). Lewin's model– According to LEWIN's theory organizational change management broken into three parts. Unfreeze, change and freeze. It also creates perception that change is needed.
Unfreezeis the situation and process that team become unfreeze in their current process and they prepare for changes that they will adopt in upcoming time. This situation helps in give clean task to team without any bad habits. Changeis the process that implement changes and it requires clear interact across all channels that affect during unfreeze. Refreezeis the situation that management does demand of feedback related to change. Itisfinalprocessthatlocksintoplacethenewprocess.TheLEWIN'schange management model is very simple to others that it shows from old situations changes to new. Kubler ross model– This model give five stages of change of people process change. BECHalsopreparebetterchangesthroughevaluatereactionsofworkforce.Like Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance. Through this management can evaluate that what stage is more affecting to changes. Because change in organization is emotionally affected. These stages not come in sequence and its effects not same in all situations. Illustration1: Lewin's model [Source:Lewin change theory,2017)
3.2 Healthcare and social care when adopt changes so before it make perfect and effective planning for do change. It’s helpful in achieve target and objective easily. So it prepare its changes strategy, make team for change management. Then they manage change so for that it make plan and take action for implement them. After that it collect feedback and analyze them then take corrective action for implement successfully (Ebrahim, 2017). It is important for Beacon edge care house because competition increase day by day so many competitors related to health care home establish in markets. So they make systematic plan like:- Goals of organization/Set up a Vision –managers of BECH have to set their goals and objective. It’s helpful for motivate employees deliver knowledge to staff and change take place in organization easily and reduce employees turnover. Resistance management– it is process pre changes. Resistance is a part of change management it means reaction of employees during change. So planning of reduce resistance is important. So for these managers and leaders have responsibility of clear interaction about change and new project of organization. That its helps in manage resistance. Collect employee feedback– it is a plan about post changes. Because after changes managers and leaders have plans about collect feedback for take corrective actions according to need. This feedback collects from employees for implement and improves of needy area because after conduct of changes many weaknesses come so it’s important (Stoddart and Evans, 2017). 3.3 Assess to monitor of changes is process that managers and leaders of BECH has to monitor that changes adopt in organization is work systematic manner or not and give outcome or not. It is a last process of changes. So it’s a important process for monitor and improve their weakness and also helpful in make decision about future. Supervision :- it is very easy for monitor performance of staff of BECH and it is done through managers and leaders of this health care home so through this they supervision their Staff work that they follow safety measure or not, it follows all rules and regulation
during working. So if changes adopt by BECH is not follow by their staff so that managers and leaders supervise them and give direction for follow them. Formal and informal feedback– it is very easy and smooth process for collect feedback from users and staffs of BECH. Because after implementation managers have responsibility to know about review about changes so that they collect feedback through formal and informal way. Formal way means that feedback collect through meetings and through this only formal performance review. Informal feedback means communicated every day and interact independently. So management team of health and social care homes collect feedback and work for implement in weak area for meet objectives (Health and Social Care,2018). Questionnaires –it is also a popular way for monitoring of recent changes because it is a research tool that is made by different types of questions. It’s make with very qualitativeandquantitativequestions.Itincludesquestionsrelatedtocustomer satisfaction and its interaction complete with organization and customer. As well as questions related to product use satisfactionand evaluate customer preferences and trends and one more related part that questions about evaluation of internal and external communication. These all questionnaires purpose is monitor recent change in BECH that changes works or not in organization and improve needed area for meet objective (Wylie, 2016). Data analysis –data analysis is a process of inspecting, transforming and modeling data. Its purpose is collect information that helpful in decision making. Through this process management team of BECH evaluate users of markets and collect data and then compare last and current financial year data for monitoring that increases and decreases number of patients and profit so it shows recent changes in health and social care in BECH. Please consider supervision as part of monitoring performance

But before changes managers has to clearinteractandcommunicatewithemployeesbecauseit’shelpfulinreduce resistance. After completion of all things that management should collect feedback through surveys and data analysis and compare last and current data and improve weakness of needy area.
