Value Audit
Values are principles that guide an individual to come up with rational decisions and
those that are consistent. They get established in the inner core of being a person (Kenter et al.
2015). The values guide as well as acting as motivators for actions or attitude in a person. In my
reflection, my benefits are health, honesty, independence, integrity, courage, creativity and
understanding.
On the other hand, my hard skills are computing, accounting, and the ability to develop
financial reports. I can use MYOB quick books MS project, develop a balance sheet, P & l
statement, cash flow, audit reports and carry out bank reconciling.
Capability audit
As per Ruesch et al., (2017) communication is an aspect that determines the passage of
information to a target audience. Communication skill is an aspect that is very crucial my career;
through this, articulation of ideas in any form or format is never a problem. As per Jones, (2017),
communication skills assist an individual in relaying exact and timely information with no
distortion. In this regard, a number of my communication skills are email, ability to articulate
ideas, and the ability to speak fluently. Besides, other skills are writing skills. I can write tasks
which can business reports, essay, business plans, and marketing plans.
Good Organization skills
The organization is an attribute where a person put tasks in a planned manner for easy
management. The organization is a skill which makes an individual handle many roles in a
flexible way and remains accountable. I have excellent organization skills which make me

productive, permit me to balance work and studying because I can plan and create time for all
activities with no failure on delivery (Hewison, and Holden, 2016).
The tools employed to assist in realizing all this is a calendar-both in paper and electronic
format. Through this set deadline for each activity on paper and electronic reminder format for
alerts in case, it may slip my mind.
Administrative skills
The administration skills are skills that allow a person to plan and run errands in a given
setting. It entails the functions of planning, organization, and leading. Proper administration
ensures ease and flexibility in carrying out tasks. It is a way of ensuring that all things get put
where they belong in an orderly manner (Martin, 2018).
In exercising this skill, I employ the use of folders to keep tasks and assignments. On top
of this, there is ensuring back of data to guard against any loss. The areas of back are the hard
drive, flash disk, Google drive, dropbox, and email.
Teamwork
Teamwork entails coming and working together for a common purpose. It is established
that collaboration fosters creativity and learning, build on complementary, enhances trust,
promotes a sense of ownership, and encourages risk-taking among the members (Lipset, 2017). I
enjoy working in a multicultural team where one learn, share and get to interact with people from
different cultures. In a study group, I express my ideas, get corrected and learn from members. I
lead group members by ensuring the timely accomplishment of tasks. Also, I plan and take
assignments, divide into manageable parts, and share among the members and become a
follower. In case of conflict, I meditate and provide a solution.

The combination of resources comprising human labor and material requires proper
management, so that given task gets accomplished. Project management is a function that
ensures optimum utilization of resources for completion of a project within a set time (Larson
and Gray, 2017). In this respect, I am capable of managing projects from the beginning to the
end with the application of PERT in the evaluation and review of the project. I employ MS
project and KPI software to plan and lead the project to completion. As an attestation, I led a
management capstone group project from the start to the end and completed successfully.
Customer service
Customers play an essential role in business, and the first impression they receive means
a lot. It can either be positive or negative. A positive impact makes the customer come back
whereas an adverse reaction drives the customer away. Customer service entails an approach of
giving the best services to the client to ensure satisfaction based on the issue sought (Schaefer,
2016).
In terms of customer service, I can meet set deadlines, understand the client, exercise
respect and find solutions to issues by using a problem-solving approach technique.
Personal Branding
In my career development, I have developed and nurtured the values of being all-around
in health, independent, honesty, and integrity, courageous, creative and understanding. These are
the values that guide as well as acting as motivators for my actions.
I am fluent in communication skills both spoken and written, capable of articulating and
relaying ideas very well, ability to write reports, business plans, marketing plans and essays and
proper use of email as means of communication. Also, I am good in organization skills, and this
enables me to tackle many roles flexibly thereby increasing my productivity through the

balancing of work. Moreover, I am a good administrator, and the administrative skills allow a
person to plan and run errands in a given setting in an ordered way. I keep tasks in folders and
back up data for easy retrieval in case of loss.
I enjoy working in a team where one learn, share and get to interact with people from
different cultures. I lead group members by ensuring the timely accomplishment of tasks. Also, I
plan and take assignments, divide to manageable parts, and share among the members, become a
follower, mediate conflict and provide a solution.
I have the capability of leading and managing projects from the beginning to the end. I
employ MS project and KPI software to plan and evaluate the project to completion and meet set
deadlines. In customer service, I understand the client, exercise respect and employ a problem-
solving approach to find solutions so that the customers get satisfied. It gives assurance of telling
another customer and will come back again.
