particular solutions provide employee along with manager a self-service with the workflow. People
management solution into HR solution centralizes and organizes the HR data and reduces administration
overhead.
The HR solution meets with the business strategy when the software consists of centralized
database to run its hiring process. The software can hire applicants anywhere from all over the world. Its
worldwide hiring feature becomes a competitive advantage for CIC. The users can able to access to the
resumes of candidate online and also make changes quickly. The recruitment based on client’s
requirements is become easier. As implementation of new thing system requires huge budget, then the
software should be provided with free 30 days trail with global access to 24*7 (EZ-ATS Applicant
Tracking Software, 2015).The proposed solution creates of customized reports in order to track

performance as well as recruitment of the customer efficiently. With using the solution, CIC can track
and manage their hiring applications. It posts job to hundred of job posts and social media sites. It also
evaluates if the candidates are meet with its minimum qualifications. The system automates the hiring
process from recruiter to the reviewer towards hiring manager. It also coordinates of electronic
calendars for scheduling interviews with the applicants. It impresses the candidates throughout
professional communication such as offering of job letter.
B. Implementation areas
Proper implementation of the proposed system requires meeting with specific business
specifications. The implementation of new hiring system for CIC will help to bring a stressful transition
period from the outdated manual hiring process. The new system will improve the business
performance of CIC by following implementation areas:
1. Vendor agreement
a. CIC must have possible internet connection as well as Wi-Fi connection to implement
the proposed system.
b. The cost of the system is based on the total number of employees of CIC (EZ-ATS
Applicant Tracking Software, 2015).
c. The cost will nearly be about $100/month to support 60 system users.
2. Hardware and telecommunications
a. CIC should require some of the hardware components such as desktop, routers as well
as power for the network connectivity such as internet and Wi-Fi connections.
b. CIC must have Wi-Fi connection to run the proposed HR system. The
telecommunication services should offer wireless router and set the network to make

provide signals for both internets along with network connectivity.
3. Configuration
a. The vendor provides of option to buy off the shelf system and then make the installation
of system on personal ground. The software should allow for easier installation to the

software by the vendor.
b. The configuration of the system is done by use of Cezanne tech support. CIO, Fadil Abadi
ensures that the system is operational properly and if it is not working, then he is
responsible to call vendor to take corrective correction measures.

a. The application status is tracked to try out if the system is working properly or not.
b. The user acceptance testing is done by someone from the HR department. The HR
manager has personally email the applicant to see if they received email updates from
the system (Laudon & Laudon, 2016). The system users test the software to ensure that
it can able to handle all the hiring tasks as per system specifications.

workable dashboard to see if the system is working properly or not.

CIC will require doing in following areas so as to prepare employees includes of hiring manager

leaders about software and changes into the software with responsibility to rely
messages to rest of the staffs. The upper management should show lower that the new
proposed hiring system is positive for CIC and it makes all the day-to-day hiring process
easier and cost efficient.
b. Change management- Growing as well as expansion is vital for CIC in order to thrive.
Integration of CIC with use of cloud based hiring system is next step to become a leading
IT firm when the company is going global.
c. Training- Training is provided on the website of Cezanne. The person those are using
this new hiring system will instruct to take tutorials as well as personalized helping to
provide support site (Bourgeois, 2014). The employees are trained using free EZ-ATS
website videos and training resources to develop of onsite training. CIC will also provide
training to their staffs to prepare them handling the system to provide effective hiring
work. Therefore, training is mandatory for the staffs.
d. User support- The internet based technologies support all the requirements of users
and support them at all technical aspects. The authorized users can access to EZ-ATS
from any devices, location and at anytime.
6. Data migration
The part of services which are offered by Cezanne software is data migration. Current
information into the application, payroll as well as vacation days are transferred over the business to go

implementation of the hiring system such as Cezanne HR, CIC saves time, money along with resources
and then they gain a competitive advantage into the market. The new and proposed system streamlines
the hiring process from current manual form to digital form. The IT companies are cutting edge of the
technology which can stand out among other IT firms. The new system also ensures that CIC will become
top IT firm when it will go worldwide.
