another intention of executing the project is the personal interest of the researcher, as the
investigator wants to explore own capabilities about the aspect of talent management. Thus, the
study aids value in better understanding of business management and gain effective academic
records which aid in gaining future opportunities.

honest career path and so on, therefore, these are effectively needs to be implement by business
