rate. This research includes primary and secondary research and this helps in collecting

The reason behind choosing this topic is that talent management is now a days most
important for very business. whether it is a small business or large business. It is used by
many of the entrepreneurs in developing their staff productivity and their objectives of
organisation. By conducting this research, the researcher will be able to make get more
knowledge and more skills which can help them in their near future for applying for any of
the job position. By having this research will be able to get more knowledge about
entrepreneurs and small business. in this report, there is a use of primary and secondary
research to get accurate and reliable information for the given topic.

From the views of Arangath (2020), Talent management is the process of developing
employees and retaining employees for long run so that this will increase their potential
and productivity both. Their can be certain importance of talent management is that it helps
the entrepreneurs a small business in developing their employees and make them more
producible (IMPORTANCE OF TALENT AND TALENT MANAGEMENT IN
BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS, 2020). This helps them in reducing their employee’s
turnover rate. Entrepreneurs like Richard Branson the CEO of Virgin group is focusing
more on employees by providing them proper training and motivation so that they could
retain in organisation for more time. They are developing employees through appreciations
and conducting performance appraisals programmes. This helps them in retaining them for
long run. Further, the talent management strategies are used by many of the entrepreneurs
and small business, to increase their productivity of employees and developing their
standards. This helps them in analysing their performance and engaging with the
workforce. By this they could identify the performance gaps between various employees
and provides them training nd development sessions according to them.
According to Conrad (2020), the CEO of virgin group is also a biggest successful
organisation who is using talent management strategies in developing their employee’s
performance. But on the other hand, they found some of the challenges that could be
managed by them in implementing of the talent management strategies (Why Talent
Management should be a priority for entrepreneurs, 2020). These challenges are increasing
in employee’s turnover rate, lack of leaderships and increasing of the conflicts sometimes
so these challenges should be faced by many of the entrepreneurs and small business. So,
these challenges should be solved and works on improvement of employees relations and

their engagement. So, this brings their profits and revenues.
