Introduction
This research proposal demonstrates the challenges faced by IRESS Company in IT industry,
Australia. Further, major purpose of this proposal is to find out the strategies to eliminate the
challenges of IRESS Company regarding IT industry in Australia. This proposal discusses
research outline, research background, the rationality of research, and justification of
research. Additionally, the research methodology, ethical consideration, timeline, and
conclusion will also discuss. The research methodology part supports to determine the
techniques that will be required to complete the task of research in an appropriate manner.
Research background
The research study topic is “to analyze the challenges faced by the IRESS Company in IT
industry, Australia. In the existing business phenomenon, it is obligatory for the organization
to enhance IT issues for accomplishing the competitive benefit. It is beneficial to the
continuous growth of business at the global level. In this way, it is crucial for the organization
to improve the employee’s skills and understanding about the information technology
practices because it can be supportive to improve the performance of the business. It will also
help to gain the competitive benefit in long-run. For this research, information technology
practices play an imperative role in improving the productivity of employees as well as the
performance of an organization in long-run (Anderson, 2013).
For this, the organization has used the modern information technology activity to help the
workforce and improve its capabilities to improve the productivity of the organization. The
information technologies practice provides additional benefit to the workforce and other
shareholders who effectively support them to complete their research task at an appropriate
time and cost. Through this, the firm enables to develop its efficiency as well as capabilities
to achieve maximum profits in the market. In addition to this, it can be said that many
organizations use information technologies to develop effective communication ways along

For the upcoming period, information technology is major concepts that were discovered by
the many researchers with the support of diverse area. In addition, it can be said that there are
different factors that obligate to the researcher for selecting this research like interesting
research problem and determine the role of information technology. Other factors determine
the impact of information technology, and the significance of the information technology for
the organization to improve their productivity in long-term. Moreover, it can also be stated
that such factors can fascinate to the researchers for making efficient research in the context
of the information technology practices. It will be supportive to identify more accurate and
liable conclusions (Bramness, et al., 2014).
Further, many researchers identified the role of information technologies in the organization.
But, in the existing situation, there is lack of investigation regarding the role of information
technologies challenges which overcome the productivity of employees as well as the
organization; hence it is a major reason to choose this problem for the research (Bryman, et
al., 2015).
