4Assessment Task 2 – Team Project Plan1.Introduction1.1.Project OverviewThis project is undertaken at Beaurepaires which is an organization that specialises in undertaking repair work as well as retailing of tyre across the regions of Australia as well as New Zealand (Beaurepaires AUS, 2019). This project aims to address the need for effective form of digital marketing at this organization, as well as developing varied set ofcontingency strategies and their implementation to support growth over the years. The said project has been based chiefly over the development concerning sufficient as well as effective form of strategies concerning digital marketing with respect to Beaurepaires, forpurposes of boosting in a significant manner the overall sales as well as business growth. The foundation for this project can be traced to events at the company during the year 2005 in which the company suffered in a massive manner on account of not undertaking online promotions as well as other various strategies for digital marketing (Beaurepaires AUS, 2019). Thus, this project being planned shall aim in the development of productive strategies with respect to digital marketing for purposes of promoting their products online, therein resulting in enhancement of sales.
