Position description
I work as a store manager and my primary objective is to manage the branch of Australian
hardware by aligning with policies and corporate standards. Among the main policies of this
firm, maintenance of diversity, sustainability, and acting in accordance with legislation are
essential. They have goals like maintaining superior product and service quality,
establishment of reputation of the company in the industry. For achieving the goals of this
company, different personal duties include training employees to maximize talents and hiring
quality employees are significant. Moreover, I, as a store manager, need to supervise store
teams and ensure good quality performance. In addition, another important responsibility of
store manager in this branch is to maintain good relationships with suppliers.
