which have to be follow by each and every sector. It
is the statutory law which is enacted with various
types of laws and regulation. Further this is the set of
law which are framed by government. Also some
rules are framed for travel and tourism sector. These
sectors are engaged in the business of attract people
through offer them attractive packages of traveling in
different countries.

1.1Legal and regulatory framework of the
travel and tourism sector.
Travel and tourism sector are those which provide attractive
packages to their customers and try to meet their level of
satisfaction as well. These sectors are responsible to provide
safe and secure services through which they are able to attract
large number of customers and try to attain their set of goals
and objectives. Government frame some rules and regulation
which having impact on them. According to some laws they
have to offer safe and secure services to people which may
harm to them. Those rules and regulation are framed in the
interest of people as well as these sectors.
