Executive Summary
This research paper has focused on the happiness index of the UAE Citizen abroad and other
people who visit therepresentative offices of the UAE. The policies adopted by the Prime
Minister and Vice President of UAE and the Ruler of Dubai were properly outlined to
highlight the effort of the government for the satisfaction of the citizens. The tourism and
travel authorities of UAE addressed the opinions of the visiting tourists for educational and
professional purposes. The expatriates were satisfied with the norms and policies of the UAE
government and they liked to live the travel experience.

Introduction
Background of the study
In the modern world, it is necessary that the Government of the countries maintain
sure that the people residing in the area and the people visiting it remain happy and satisfied.
The role of the Government and the Represents Offices play a vital role for the development
of the country and of the people. In the UAE, it has been seen that the country is ranked 19th
as the happiest country in the world and has recorded a 7.2 point of the life evaluation (Spiro
2016). Maintaining the happiness and satisfaction of the people that reside in the country or
abroad is the main aim of the Government of the UAE. Therefore, it is necessary that the
Consulate and the Government of the UAE manage to keep the people safe. The research
provides an idea about the type of services that is provided by the UAE Government in order
to ensure that the people of the country does not have to suffer from any type of grievances
while staying the country. At the same time, proper care is taken of the people that reside
outside the UAE. The embassies of the country located in the foreign lands provide excessive
support to the people residing in outside the UAE (Remy-Miller 2017).
Importance of the topic
Every people in the world look to maintain peace and reside happily without having to
be a victim of violence or insubordination. Therefore, a happiness indicator can be used to
understand the level of happiness that the people of a country have. In the case of the UAE, it
has been seen that the Government tries to provide happiness to the people residing in the
region and outside the country. According to Daleure (2016), this is important, as it is
important that the Government provide support to the people residing outside the country.
Therefore, it is necessary that the Consulate provideevery support to the people so that they
can maintain their happiness in the countries.Therefore, it is necessary to apply this indicator

outside the country so that the happiness indicator can be implemented and spread among the
other countries. The Government also ensures that the UAE people lead a life of happiness
and luxury while residing in other countries.
Problem statement
The research defines the effectiveness of happiness indicator and the manner in which
the people of the UAE can receive support from the Government and the Representative
Offices. Happiness indicator helps in identifying the level of support provided by the leaders
of the UAE to the common people. Therefore, the current mode of support system and
recommended future measures to enhance the support system can be considered. Support
need to be provided to the UAE citizen that reside outside the UAE for work and study or any
other purpose, At the same time it is also necessary to ensure that the people residing within
the country receive similar support so that they do not have to face any type of difficulties
while residing.
Significance of the research
The research can help in understanding the level of happiness that is provided by the
Representative Offices and the leaders of the UAE to the people. It has been seen that without
proper happiness and satisfaction people in a country may have to suffer from problems.
Therefore, the research identifies the happiness indicator and provides proper analysis of the
services provided by the UAE Representative Offices. It has been seen that the
representatives of the UAE are scattered across different countries and due to this, it is
necessary that the country and its Government provide proper support. This can help the
people in maintaining proper happiness and satisfaction. The relationship is such that a
psychological comfort is developed between the people of the country and the leaders of the
country. It is necessary to maintain the laws of each country and ensure that the concerned
