Executive Summary
The report reflects the planning and development of Donation system for ‘Remember the
Wild’. The data analysis part has been done on predetermined questions like how the website
can secure itself from cyber-attacks and what should be done to reduce load time. The
website will allow the user to login and register. The user can only make donation if logged
in. The admin section is for monitoring and controlling the donations.

Introduction
The foremost determination of this dissertation is to understand the impact of skills
required in order to manage each component of Remember the Wild, which a wild life
preservation website is aiming to enhance the emotional connection among the wild life
features and the entities of the business (Remember the Wild. 2019). There are diverse
categories of services provided by this business corporation in terms of storytelling to the
registered users, community engagement, support services and research which will be
considered in this dissertation paper in a detailed manner (Chang et al., 2019). There are
diverse categories of species which are on the verge of extinction in the Australian soil, each
of these species will be monitored and strategies can be made in this advanced system. There
are diverse categories of ambassador programs which are associated with the service
provided by this organization. Thus, this dissertation shall be identifying and making the
necessary changes which can be very much useful to reconnect with locals with the rear
species which are on the verge of extinction.
There are diverse categories of skills required in this project like HTML and CSS
which will be useful in the design part of the modified website. Deployment of programming
languages like PHP can also be very much useful in order to add the additional features in the
new website (Chatfield & Reddick, 2015). Visual design of the websites will be changed in
such as manner so that it is very much useful for the users to access each of the services
provided by this organization on their portal.

Why the project is important?
This project is very much significant for nature care community of Australia as the
modified website will be very much useful to enhance the user experience of the visitors of
the website. Connection of the users of this website with the nature shall be increased using
this project. Functionality of each of the options of the website must be revised in the first
place as the needs and expectation of this business keeps on changing every moment.
Navigability of the site visitors is also one of the prime concerns of these websites (Clausen
et al., 2016).
Who took the initiative?
The initiative of this project will be taken by a group of IT specialists who have in
depth expertise about the trending needs and requirements of the users of similar websites.
How does project fits into client business?
Improvement in the backend design of the existing word press website of this
organization can be very much beneficial for business of the client. At the same time, it can
also be said that each of the potential clients of this websites can be very much benefitted if
these websites are optimised (Sharon & Dori, 2017).
Thus, this project will be very much significant in order to find out critical aspects of
this projects in terms of the management of the life cycle of the project, addressing the risks
associated with each phase of the project, and significance of the communication plan.

The entire project must be done on the basis of the business requirement of this
wildlife corporation. The optimised website must be very much beneficial for both the
registered users and also for the scientists who wants to invest their time and money to
protect diverse categories of wild life species (Schwalbe, 2015). The enhancement of the
website design will be very much significant to ensure that each of the clients gets a user-
friendly website. Significance of the training session in this website will be introduced in this
website, along with that loading time of the website must be reduced as diverse categories of
platforms which are generally used by the users of this website (Ilmudeen & Bao, 2019). The
clients of this website want new changes in terms of improved SEO processes and visual
design as it can help to enhance the usability and maintainability of this website. Each staff
associated with the business can be notified regarding any type of changes made in the portal
is the specifications of the website is modified (Tonchia, 2018). Thus, it can be said that the
websites have to be modified in a planner and organized manner in order to improve the
