Groups possessing high cohesive and low norms causes negative ambiance. Further
negative behaviours are entertained more than positive behaviour.
Groups possessing low cohesive and high norms has little positive impact. As the
teammates focuses on their personal success rather on team goals.
Groups possessing high cohesive and high norms led positive ambiance on productivity.
Members supports each other and contribute best towards team goals. The lead team
