INTRODUCTION
Human resource employers perform their task at the possible highest level that helps in
maintaining the organisational culture of high morale. Their main work is to add the value to a
company by providing proper training and development to employees and by giving a strong
reward system on their performance like increased compensation and regular promotions. ARM
holding PLC is one of the global semiconductor and software design organisation, headquartered
in UK. This report is based on value and contribution of working human resource in organisation
success. It covers the importance of organisational design that delivers the sustainable
performance. Further analyse the various apporaches that is used to attracting, retaining and
rewarding employees so they worked ethically. Hence, it also explains the contemporary
knowledge and research to support developments in human resource and last analyse the
relationship between organisation design and change management that helps in increasing
productivity of employees and proficiency of organisation (Scott, DeLone and Golden, 2016).

ARM Holding plc is one of the global semiconductor and software design company that
was owned by Japanese softback group, headquartered in United Kingdom. Human resource
management is very useful resource in the organisation for succession. This company engaged in
designing a various range of interrelated intellectual property(Gill, 2015).
Organisation structure
It refers to that system that helps in certain activities in the organisation that is directed
towards the achieving the goal of a business enterprise. It involves multiple framework like roles,
rules and responsibilities and it also assists in flow of information between different levels within
the organisation. In ARM Holding plc, manager follow the proper structure for earning
proficiency and increasing productivity of a working employees. Proper structure requires the
healthy environment in the organisation that gives higher returns in future.
Organisation design

It refers to the step by step process that identifies and analyse the flow of work,
structures, systems that fits into the current business activities and goals and them execute that
systems to apply the change in the organisation. In context of ARM Holding plc, manager
follows a proper methodology that helps in earning higher profits and add the value in the
performance of human resource this maximise the profits of a company and longer sustainability
in the market place(Badewi, 2016).
Importance to organisation design Expansion and growth - It is an important term in designing the organisation structure.
In this if resources are optimally used and there is proper allocation of work according to
the individual skills then the organisation meet the challenges, completing the
opportunities and expand their activities in a planned manner. In ARM Holding plc,
manager use resources very optimally and for this they allocate and divide the work
according to employees skills and ability. This helps in success of the organisation. Innovation and efficiency- In today's working environment innovation is an essential
term for success in the company. It design the structure of a company in a very unique
way that helps in encouraging the good work and increase the productivity of an
employees. In context of ARM Holding plc, they make innovation in their firm structure
and design this helps in adding the value of the firm's culture and because of innovation
every employee contribute very efficiently in their work(Bititci and et. al., 2015). Promotes effective communication – It means to transferring the information effectively.
In the organisation it is very essential to communicate with every employees and

with every employees to maintain the relationship among them. Different positions are
related to organisation structure to properly maintain it company use effective channels
and specific mode of communication tool. This helps in increasing the performance of
every employees and it also maintains the healthy culture and every employees values it

Diversity in workforce – It helps the organisation to maintain the profits and productivity

manager divides the work as per the diversity of an employees so the task can be
