IntroductionAn organization is consisted of several types of resources and among all of them humanresources is one of the most important resources. Maintaining efficient and skilled humanresources within an organization is necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of thatorganization. The aim of preparing this report is to describe the contribution of humanresources to the success of an organization and the importance as well as way of maintainingefficient human resources within an organization.
