INTRODUCTION
Tourism destination can be defined as a place where there is regular visiting of tourist
from different localities in areas in order to gain satisfaction and explore the destination (Ali,
2015). And this report the chosen organisation is card in park hotel a golf resort which is
presented in Tilston, UK. This destination focuses on the customers who has a great passion
of golf and play the golf. This resort provide luxury facilities to customers so that it can talk it
them in an appropriate manner and use a positive brand image within the market to achieve
its objectives. Under the present report there is a discussion about different type of resorts and
key features of these resorts in the current challenging management system. There is also a
discussion about different operational requirements and potential issues in management.
