Team-based issues that are faced by the employees of
the Hotel sector are:
Due to lack in efforts and commitment of the team members and poor
collaboration there is an Absence of Team identity.
Failure of the leader in defining a compelling vision for the team,
improper delegation and representing aggregate constituencies generates
ineffective leadership in the team.
At the time of heightened tension and work load, team divides into groups
of similar thinkers which further give rise to team conflicts.
Less participation of the team members in the meetings give rise to
difficulty in team building and decision making over the assigned tasks.
Unable to generate fresh ideas while making decisions and achieving
assignments. Team suffers from the ability of idea generation or creativity.

Working as a team evaluator: I have to
analyse team to know the skills of the team
member.
Allocation of responsibility: My colleagues
play a role of responsibility locator in the
team.
Assign the work: I have to assign the work
or the tasks to the team members as per their
abilities.
Complete the work: My colleagues were
supposed to perform the work accordingly,
and attain the desired results.
Advance Training: I used to give advance
training to the employees in my team to
enhance their skills and knowledge.
Through Training: My colleague develop
and apply the relevant skills enriched during
the training period to operate competently.
Lead the team to achieve the goals: I lead
the team in order to overcome the
opportunities and turn it to the achieved
goals.
Achieving results: My Colleague’s role was
to deliver the assigned tasks within the
agreed timescales.
