Effectiveness of leadership styles in different
organizations
Dominant
In this type leaders act as benevolent ruler who command his followers with
strict rules and regulations.
Transformational
Organization desiring to bring transition in the structure and manner of
operations adopt transformational style of leadership. These leaders are
opportunists in nature seeking new ways to expand venture. It increases the
motivation level of employees with the increase in zeal to work.
Situational
Leaders adopt pragmatic approach to deal with different situation encountered in
the market.

Organizational theories
There are certain ways in which management is practised in an
organization. It defines the approaches in which goals are achieved.
Scientific management caters to adopt practical approach for the task
completion in systematic manner to achieve specialization whereas
human relations states that productivity of organization is increased by
developing resourceful and healthy relations between employer and
employee.
Endowing interpersonal skills such as decision making, delegation
influence the management practice by having direct impact on the
performances of subordinates. Utilizing power and authority in effective
manner enables the managers to fulfill their responsibilities and resolve
