Assessment Objectives and Boundaries
The major objectives of the project are to provide a proper community system and
healthcare services to the elderly citizens of Burbank, California. The service can be provided
through the use of the different types of the health care centers and other hospitals
(burbankca.gov, 2019). The plan for the project is to reduce any kind of issues related to health.
The proper maintenance of the health issues can help to mitigate the outbreak of any kind of
diseases.
According to, Allison et al. (2015) the project manager will be the one to make the final
decision on the identification of the plans and programs to start the development of a healthy
older community of the city. The assessment must answer on the sources of the community
assessment elements, the selection of the best sources, the selection of the team which will lead
the project and the process through which the project will be implemented (Zurawski et al.
2016). The community plan must be presented in a scientific and systematic manner in order to
ensure the success of the business in a proper manner.
Identification of Stakeholders
The stakeholders of the following community plan includes the residents of Burbank, the
project management team, the companies in charge of implementing the project and the hospitals
that are in charge of the medical related needs of the elderly person (Zurawski et al. 2016). The
stakeholder’s forms an important part of the assessment as because the stakeholders will have a
direct impact on the result of the project. The main groups or community that will be impacted
