MANAGEMENT1 In my opinion, yes assessment reflect clear picture regarding the personal leadership traits because I adopt theory Y attributes because of having optimistic view of the people. This helps me in using participative leadership style due to increase support and participation in decision making(Gandolfi & Stone, 2018).I also use the contingency leadership style because of using the leader style and traits according to situation. So that all gets involved and better outcomes will be achieved(Sudha, Shahnawaz, & Farhat, 2016). Strengths The strengths of my traits is that I use Pygmalion effect strategy that is in this I understand the perception and expectations of the followers due to achieving the objective and meeting the expectations as well as needs of the followers. For example, in the present situation I use big five personality traits such as surgency, agreeableness, adjustment and openness. The other example I adjust and adopt the dynamic environment to provide efficient results. Weaknesses I also have some weaknesses in emotional an area that is it is difficult for me to maintain emotional stability as well as flexibility in the current situation. For example, it become complex for me to manage the balance between needs of the people and current requirement of the situation. However this can become the opportunity for to motivate the other people so that they can give efficient results and support in increasing my leadership skills. The other example is that I am also dominant to certain things and gets influenced by others. Conclusion From the above, analysis it is concluded that I use the leadership theories and strategies so that the expectation of others will be met and flexibility will be managed in the specific situation. The evaluation also demonstrate that being openness help me to get effective results. However it also has some weaknesses such as being emotional.
