Introduction
In this modern era, the use of smartphone is increasing rapidly that helps to
communicate with other users and transfer important information in less
time. It is significant to investigate the experiences of smartphone
consumers with numerous types of text input assistances including
autocorrect, protective text algorithms and many more. This research will
help to conduct qualitative research where the viewpoints of participants
and smartphone users will be obtained using data gathering methods. In
which numerous research methods will be elaborated and appropriate
methods and techniques will be selected for completing the research and
addressing research concerns.
Research methodology
Introduction
It is a significant chapter of the investigation that helps writers to complete
the research effectively and resolve the research questions effectively.
Bresler, and Stake, (2017) reported that research methodology has the
capability to examine the effective points and facts in regards to the
research topic. Numerous kinds of techniques and approaches involved in
the methodology sections that provide a way to complete research within
the desired time period. These methodologies including, research design,
approach, philosophy, data gathering methods and data analysis
techniques.
Using such methods the writer will be capable to obtain effective points and
address the research concerns effectively. Fletcher, (2017) highlighted that
the selection of research methods depends on the nature of the research
topic and included research concerns. In this investigation, qualitative
research will be included due to the subjective nature of the research topic

where the experiences of smartphone users will be analyzed in an
appropriate manner. This chapter will evaluate and highlight effective
methods and qualitative research techniques used for obtaining points and
information in regard to the smartphones and their input assistances.
Research strategy
According to Daniel, (2018) research strategy is helpful for an investigation
to measure the data collecting traditions by which investigation would be
directed in a real mode. Queirós, Faria, and Almeida, (2017) found that
numerous kinds of strategies are used in investigations such as survey,
focus group, literature review, and interviews and many more. In which
survey through the questionnaire is a common process that includes
numerous participants for obtaining effective data related to the
investigation? In terms of effectiveness, the survey is a more effective and
appropriate strategy but it requires a lot of time and approaches that can
produce complexity for the writers.
The presence of interpretivism philosophy will support qualitative research
and also suitable for the research topic where the writer will not require
developing hypotheses but data will be obtained using effective approaches
and methodologies including primary and secondary. Moreover,
interpretivism philosophy is completely linked to the philosophical situation
of idealism and also beneficial to obtain numerous approaches for
addressing research concerns.
Bøe, Hognestad, and Waniganayake, (2017) determined that a focus group
provides limited information in the research due to which the writers are
not capable to obtain effective information. However, the interview is an
effective strategy that can be adopted in the research where the included
participants provide their viewpoints about the research topic. A literature
review is a simple process that provides a way to review the findings of
recent papers and obtain effective information.
