objective is to provide effective services so that firm can able to enlarge its profitability and its
productivity. The present report has cover the activities of Grosnever house hotel, this firm is
taking various initiatives in terms to offer quality services so that firm is able to enhance its
profitability. This kind of activities will be helpful in order to promote growth and opportunities.
The employee’s of the hotel need to provide effective training facility so that they are able to
understand the need of customers.

There are many ways that can be adopted to retain employee in the organisation some of them

Training shall be given according to their current role in the organization that will help them to
go further in their career with the organization.
Expectation, responsibility and rewards:
The major dissatisfaction at work place is mismatch between expectations. Employees
expectation do not match that of the employer. There should be a clear discussion in
team about what is exactly expected from the employee or the team. And efforts shall be
duly rewarded.
