Withthis regard, training and development program are design by the company to produce effectiveresults at workplace (Zhao, Wang and Fan, 2015). Therefore, continuous learning anddevelopment program assists to determine significant role for enhancing their skills to attainmore profits at workplace. In health and social care era, training and development programdetermines critical role that assists to increase skills and abilities in systematic manner.Therefore, it increases patient safety and their satisfaction towards the services that are given bycare workers. Thus, present study examines impact of the design training and developmentprogram on the overall execution of the project at workplace (Marković, Lončarić and Lončarić,2014).In order to conduct the present research, rationale exists to measure effectiveness of thetraining and development program on the employees of health and social care enterprise. Withthe help of present research, existing care workers of NHS can increase their efficiency ad skillswhich require for care patient in the institute. In addition to this, it is also helpful to gain insightknowledge for proper development of the results that create effective growth of the enterprise todeal with different issues of patient at workplace. Research aims and objectivesAim: “To identify impact of the training and development program to increase workersperformances in health and social care – A case study on National Health Care (NHS)”.Objectives:To understand concept of training and development program in health and social care.To measure influence of the training program on employees towards safety and care ofpatient.1
