INTRODUCTION
Impact of digital technology on the human resource is very essential part for The Ritz
Hotel. Human resources are important factor because the success of the hospitality industry is
based on these resources. There are many resources available in a structure of the business as
financial or other operating systems but human being are the first and fundamental resources in
every business management. Furthermore, The Ritz Hotel provide various kinds of facilities
which are also beneficial for tourism industries as well. In addition to this, hospitality industries
plays as a supplier of the tourism industries. Human resources are mostly affected by digitization
because human behavior's are continuously changing factor due to cultural factors(Taylor,
Fritsch and Liederbach, 2014).
RATIONAL
In fast paced economy, technology has been changed numerous aspects. It plays a wide
role in sanctioning human resource administration to move from personal management to
business ennoblement. In addition to this, humans resources management involved current and
recent trends related to policy making, employment practicing and other external factors, for this
HR required current contents and information regarding to the laws, rules and regulations which
can be gathered by the utilization of digital technology only(Shifrin and et.al., 2015). In order to
this, technology assist the company to connect to the internet to identify the different sources of
information and gathering information relevant to their strategies.

P2 Project management plan
 Scope statement : To define the scope boundaries of project management plan is one of
the most cause of project distress, that is why it is considered in planning of research
project. Researcher do not know about the details of external factors and how many
expenditures is really needed to complete the research project. Scope statement can be
defined and effectively determined by the model of SMART. Smart refers to specific,
measurable, achievable, relevant and time bound(Shifrin and et.al., 2015). If a project
have the qualities of these all factors than it wold be smart and successful. Scope of the
business plan should center on the objectives and goals of the client or owner.
 Budget : This is also compulsory factor in making project management plan. Budget
should be well defined and well managed to make a successful plan of research project.
Financial consideration is required because in a research project, researcher has to
conduct different research programs as primary, secondary, qualitative and quantitative or
have to collect different information from various sources which need financial
support(Sevillano-García and Vázquez-Cano, 2015). So a project required a well

organized budget. There are different tasks has been done in plan of research project as
excavation, build forms, place rear, pour concrete, setting or curing and strip forms. These
all tasks need different budget to accomplished. As per the current research these all tasks
need these bases of budget as such :

 Schedule: Schedule is required to be defined as it outlined the time taken by the research
project. This specify the framework of timeline in which research should be done. To
develop schedule does not involve a major undertaking of budget consideration. As above
discussed, there are different tasks which should be done in research project but they all
have different time period to accomplish.(Oldham and Da Silva, 2015).
 Quality: Every organizations have their different quality standards. Picking up a right
quality standard is based on the relevant research project. There are various aspects to
quality management such as deciding quality standards, creating a plan of action to meet
the established standards for quality assurance and measuring the quality for quality
control.
 Risk register : Research project is depends on the quality and skills of researcher. It
means researcher plays role as a leader and this is the most important attributes of
