Abstract
A Complete Analysis of MOJ Using Available Assessment Tools_2
Purpose:
The purpose of this paper is to utilize the assessment tools: Expanded 7-S framework; Balanced
Scorecard, SWOT & PESTLE for analysing MOJ in order to develop a strategic plan to maintain
the achievement in high level in the performance of MOJ services in line with international best
practice that requires the development and modernization of criteria for the accreditation of merit
and competence, which unite to achieve the general and main objective of contributing to the
comprehensive development and consolidating the principle of the rule of law and in response to
the need for development and modernization pursued by the State.
Design/methodology/approach:
The above-mentioned tools have been used for analysis to identify the gap between the current status of the
organization against its mission and vision.
Two resources data has been used to gather and analyse, in-person interviews and secondary resources. A
benching marking assessment has been done with international similar organizations. Questions for the
interview focused on elements of the assessments tools.
Findings:
This paper seeks to answer the questions of what should be changed and why to achieve MOJ strategic plan
objective, the recommendation and why, how to can be proposed and before and after the organization
structure
Research limitations/implications:
The main limitation of this research is that the study used one organization for the Research and data were
collected from one source.
