so that they are available at the time of need.
ii. Proper Record management so that strategic plan can be developed based on
the past records.
iii. Development of a supply chain management plan so that the supplies are
received at time and within budget with quality.
iv. Felicitation programs for customers to attract more customers.
v. Training employees in customer management.
vi. Distribution of jobs to employee so that they can attain expertise in those
fields.
