It is always worthy to have a reflective model so that we know in which direction we will have to track our thoughts. In the image given below there is a representation of the model. The reflective cycle has helped in understanding what I could learn from the online course and how it has helped me in developing my personality. The first step is description. The experience has to have a description and then I tried to brainstorm the feelings that I had through the online course. Tracking the raw feelings is an important step in the process (Al-Jubouri & Al-Jubouri 2019). According to the model I tried to evaluate how I felt and also tried to note down the things that I learnt during the course. I was happy that I took the course of health studies as it has become increasingly important to concentrate on health. Health is a wide corpus and it is divided into several categories. It requires dedication plus once we acquire the knowledge, it is going to be of great help to us and to the people around us (Sekarwinahyu et al 2019). Source: (ReljićPajnkihar & Fekonja 2019). So while I was evaluating the things I learnt in the online module, I realized that it was enriched me and it has also boost up my confidence. A good way of evaluating the things you have done is to draw an action plan and see what the components that I have learnt are and how it has helped me and how I plan to acquire more knowledge in the future following the 454

After I drew the future action plan I realized that I have a good deal to learn. It is said that learning is something that never stops. I plan to have an ongoing learning plan in this course or any other relevant. So this was the conclusion that I reached. It was surely a positive conclusion to arrive at. The next step was that of action. Here action could be fairly divided in into a two categories. First action is that of to bring into action the things that I have learnt and secondly to bring in action the plan of signing up for the new course (Cui Wise & Allen 2019). Although I have planned out many things based on Gibb’s Model of Reflection, I am going to be open to suggestions from the people who care about me and who want me to do well in future.
