Reflective Writing Task
It is vital that we reflect on everything we learn in life otherwise all the things
that we experience will go to waste. It is always worthy to have a reflective model so
that we know in which direction we will have to track our thoughts. In the image given
below there is a representation of the model. The reflective cycle has helped in
understanding what I could learn from the online course and how it has helped me in
developing my personality.
The first step is description. The experience has to have a description and then I tried to
brainstorm the feelings that I had through the online course. Tracking the raw feelings
is an important step in the process (Al-Jubouri & Al-Jubouri 2019).
According to the model I tried to evaluate how I felt and also tried to note down the
things that I learnt during the course. I was happy that I took the course of health
studies as it has become increasingly important to concentrate on health. Health is a
wide corpus and it is divided into several categories. It requires dedication plus once we
acquire the knowledge, it is going to be of great help to us and to the people around us
(Sekarwinahyu et al 2019).

So while I was evaluating the things I learnt in the online module, I realized that it was
enriched me and it has also boost up my confidence. A good way of evaluating the things you
have done is to draw an action plan and see what the components that I have learnt are and
how it has helped me and how I plan to acquire more knowledge in the future following the
