INTRODUCTION
The term academic and employability skills is a collection
of learning strategies and various tools for management
that will help for students to learn and absorb lessons
(Bryan and Clegg, 2019).

SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTH
 Innovation and creativity: For student
they should allow to create and innovate
new things because of knowledge which
enhance their education and capabilities (de
Schepper, Sotiriadou and Hill, 2021).
Creativity allows to advance of competition
for an upper hand in my field.
WEAKNESS
 Fear of failure: Many students have
some experience of fear of failure which
have to become a teacher there is some
failure that they should not communicate to
everyone or they do not focus to much on
studies.
OPPORTUNITY
 Government schools: To become a
teacher it is very important for students that
they have a degree for B. Ed and then
pursue a master degree to add their
qualification to enhance their employability
then they can pursue their job in
government schools.
THREAT
 Competition: Whether it is a job of
teacher or doctor there is some competition
in world. Many competition exams are
there students in government job and there
is some caste system so general people
