Task 2 Report
Introduction
Time management, CV writing, and public speaking and giving presentations are some
example of academic and employability skills that have been discussed in this report. In
order to explain these academic and employability skills, this report has adopted Gibbs
reflection model. An explanation of the skill, feelings of education, assessment of the
practice, analyses of the situation, and a conclusion will be offered for each of the
marketable talents. The report will show the literature, knowledge, practical guidance, and
application of these three marketable qualities in professional careers, as well as how they
connect with other areas of study.
Chosen Model of Reflection
For a human's career advancement, academic and employable skills are vitally crucial to
possess. These abilities also assist to increasing the efficiency with which any person does
any prescribed activity, whether it is academic or professional in nature. The purpose of this
report is for me to reflect on my progress in terms of employment and intellectual
achievements as a result of my academic learning assignments. In addition, I will be
explaining the value of those abilities in my own professional activity. For the reflection
portion, I will be use Gibbs' reflective cycle to conduct an in-depth examination of the many
skills I have obtained, as well as their influence on job skills, in order to complete the
assignment (Ibrahim et al., 2021).
By providing structure to the process of learning from one's prior experiences, this reflective
paradigm supports in the process of learning from one's past experiences. Numerous steps
must be completed in order to undertake a thorough study of any given occurrence. These

Description:This stage is about my own experience of events in my life which connect to the
academic or employability skill particularly. This stage describes the experience in detail;
what, when and how the evet was happened actually. In regards of time management, CV
writing and presentation skill, this stage is important.
Feelings: In this phase, you'll learn the about emotions that were generated by the incident,
and what somebody's thinking were throughout the event, activity, or circumstance
mentioned in step one. It is not the purpose to go into detail about the emotion or to make
direct comments on it. It is not necessary to assess or judge one's feelings. A most crucial
