INTRODUCTION
The team building is defined as an essential factor that is helpful for managing the success
of project work in effective manner. It is easy for the organisations to do the working in effective
manner if the employees are working good as a team. This essay will increase the knowledge
regarding benefits of team working and there are some team working activities provided within
companies.
What are the benefits of team working?
Teamwork is defined as the strategy which is used by companies while handling various
activities and tasks. This is very important for employees and staff members that they are
working together in order to achieve organisational targets and goals. Also, it is essential for the
the use of teamwork within the workplace for better analysing problems and increasing the
performance of employees (Ahuja, Srivastava, and Padhy, 2017). There are various benefits of
teamwork within the workplace. These include fostering creativity and learning among
employees, blending complementary strengths, building trust, conflict resolution skills,
promoting a wider sense of ownership and encouraging healthy risk taking. All these benefits are
are helpful for a company to create a positive environment at workplace where different
individuals coming from various culture backgrounds can come together and work as a team.

company. There are various brainstorming ideas which are developed while working as a group
and this prevents stale view points which are very common while working solo. When people of
working within teams, they combine unique perspectives from different team members and
create an effective selling solution to the company. Collaboration among projects helps in
creating enthusiasm for learning which cannot be achieved in solitary work. When employees are
working together, we can build talent within the team members. This is helpful in strengthening
the power of creative thinking, different team members can increase their performance and
planning level within the company (Collins, 2018). A teamwork is helpful because different
people have trust on each other and there able to achieve organisational targets by utilising their
skills in effective manner. When employees are working together, they are able to develop trust
and loyalty among each other. These individuals working together rely on each other for
different purpose and it enhances their relationship and bond. It is very important to trust your
team members as it increases the feel of safety and security which allows different ideas to

emerge while doing several projects (Dohme, Lefebvre, and Bloom, 2020). If there is no trust
among the team members, it is very common that a team crumbles and will not achieve success
in doing the assigned projects and tasks. A great team is built when each and every individual is
working together and increasing each other’s strength and creating a cohesive group. When
employees are working together, they can easily learn that wins and losses effect every
individual working within the team. The necessity of teamwork requires confidence among all
team members who are having different abilities. Conflicts occur when different people from
various culture and background come together within companies to work on similar projects and
task. All the team members do not have similar habits and style of doing work. Every individual
has its own view point over success of any work. When a task is defined to a team, the best
option is chosen from all the views of team members which is helpful in in achieving success.
The achievement of organisational target in given time frame helps in in building trust over all
the team members and managing the case of conflict and fight. When there are situations where
conflicts can arise within team, employees have to resolve the conflicts within themselves which
leads to analysing the management qualities (sWoodcock, 2017). The learning of conflict
resolution is a unique skill which helps employees to become efficient managers in future. Team
projects given two different employees of c company helps in encouraging them to feel proud of
their contribution in success of the company. Team members feel motivated when they are
attacking obstacles and creating notable work by doing effective collaborative work.
There are various companies which are great example of doing team building activities
within their company that has resulted in increased profits and revenue of their firm. One of this

increasing their knowledge as well as skills in different field. Museum Hack is an organisation
which plans icebreakers and side activities when people are given tour. All these activities are
