It also presents the summary of literature review, which creates theoretical understanding towards the research issues. In last, it discusses the researcher methodology that demonstrates effective tools to collect the data in the context of research subject. Critically and depth of learning reflections reflective analysisI increased my knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of the social network in the business. I also gained my knowledge towards the social media practices within the organization. The social media is a computer-based technique which enabled the company and an individual to share their opinion and perception towards their goods and services. I also observed that the social media practices can positive impact on the performance of organization. Moreover, I also gained my understanding about certain sources such as e-mail,LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook. In addition, it can also be evaluated that knowledge towards such sources can be imperative for developing a robust relationship with consumers (Lipschultz, 2017).I also created my understanding towards the project scope. As a result, I abled to identify the advantages and disadvantages of social media practices in business. In addition, I observed that the knowledge towards the advantages and disadvantages of social media practices in the business can be effective for personal and professional development. It will also be effective to control the uncertainty about social media. Furthermore, I also gained my knowledge towards the project objectives that demonstrate the role of social mediain the business. It is also evaluated that the social media practices can be supportive for the organization to influence a large number of consumers by directly communicating with them (Zhou and Wang, 2014).
