INTRODUCTION Academic skills are the approaches which assist in better learning so that individual can achieve success. These can be developed with the help of core skills including presentation skills, academic writing and referencing(Bhagra and Sharma, 2018). In order to perform operations in practical life it is important to focus on academic skills as it develops over all personality of an individual. MAIN BODY Literature review Responsibility for students learning According to Ebadi and Rahimi(Ebadi and Rahimi, 2018) the overview can be carried out in context to student learning which shows their ability which is developed with the help of learning. It is important for students that they involve themselves in the activities which are beneficial for them in order to learn something new. They can discuss new ideas and thoughts which enhance their knowledge in appropriate manner. Students have to focus on their regular classes so that they can participate in lectures and sessions which are mandatory for developing skills. Assignments should be taken seriously by students which assist them in increasing their creativity. Teachers should analyse the behaviour of their students so that they can teach in required manner. It can develop better understanding between teachers and their students so that they can interact in better manner. It help them in developing better confidence which is essential for better development and growth. It is required to improve the weaknesses as it helps in achievement of large number of opportunities.
