Leadership is one of the important aspects not only in business but also at the personal level of every
individual. It may be noted that leadership is definitely a quality which may need to be cultivated to
sharpen and develop the given skill subsequently. In short, it is a choice and hence, every individual
should make consistent effort to nurture followership. The course taught me that leadership is a
courageous step towards shaping my career path and goal. Since being leader is critical, it requires
courage to undertake certain actions (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart and Wright, 2017). Experts have
advised that it is painful to be at the top as there is no one beside the person. Therefore, all the
decisions have to be made by me only. Such a scenario is definitely tough for an individual and hence,
one has to practice integrity which is basically choosing courage over comfort. I have also realized that a
learner may also be construed to be a leader. This is because of the fact that a leader should consistently
be learning from the outside environment. Unless one has the mind of absorbing external information,
data, opinion and feeling, he or she cannot grow in personal life (Bird, and Mendenhall, 2016).
Therefore, leaders are learners and vice-versa. The trainer was Keegan Luiters and the email ID is
keegan@keeganluiters.com. Keegan is also reachable at www.linkedin.com/keeganluiters profile page.

Adoption of technology in the US has been enormous and the growth of the technology sector therein
has also been commendable for the last few decades. Virtual reality (VR) is one of the newest inclusions
in the field of technological invention and VR is now being exclusively used in lots of applications,
programs and process to make them more effective. Experts have projected that in the next few years,
the market for VR will be substantially huge all over the world (Huang, Backman, Backman and Chang,
2016). Augmented reality (AR) is another form of VR which considers all the elements from external
sources and brings them under one bucket for the user as far as viewing experience is concerned in 3D
effect. The mixed reality (MR) spectrum basically comprises of physical reality and digital reality at its
two extreme points. There has been a number of corporate houses that are into manufacturing and
distributing of VR machines and cameras and other related ( Olshannikova, Ometov, Koucheryavy and
Olsson, 2015). Some of the well-known companies are Oculus, STEAM VR etc. Windows Mixed Realty is
also a very useful and user-friendly program introduced by Microsoft in the given field.

Information Technology (IT) has revolutionized our lives to a bigger extent. The impact of IT on not only
our personal lives but also on the corporate world has been tremendous. The given session has briefly
described the contribution of IT in the entertainment industry. Different song production software,
hardware, film making accessories including editing and mixing and dubbing software contributes
significantly towards the successful making of song or movie (Ragone and Capaldi, 2016). Besides, the
photo making and editing software are also being considerably used by us in our daily lives. Finally, it
may be concluded that as discussed in our previous session on VR, the VR machines are one of the finest
examples of IT and those cameras and applications are being significantly used by the people in
watching 3D movies and experience a different viewing pattern which revolutionizes the movie making
and watching (Howcroft, Acuna and Williams, 2017).
