Discuss: how are you going to overcome your weaknesses and minimise the threats? (approx 100 words)Event planning is a thriving industry in the UK. A large number of young professionals are entering thisindustry due to its immense scope. However, there are certain weaknesses which may impact on myperformance as an event manager. I lack experience and have little knowledge of the industry. In order toovercome this weakness I will participate in different industrial events and industrial training. Currently, thereis lot of competition in the event management industry. Therefore, it is important to stand out from the crowdto gain a good job after the course. I will overcome my lack of communication skills by participating in variouspublic speaking activities. I will try to enrol in courses which can improve my communication and managementskills.
