INTRODUCTION A business sustainability plan is particularly something an organization develops to get into goals and create financial stability as well as societal and environmental sustainability. A business effects communities and resources with people so adapting sustainability in business is considered best interest of consumer, business and environment. In this report an business which is a vegan food providing service Adrian vegan foodservice is discussed. In this report the proposed business is discussed with customers that has been identified as per the service. The business produce and provide prepared foods by delivery and restaurant chains to the consumers with only vegan foods free from any kind of animal products, it is regarding the health concern increasing regularly in the current times (Lee, and Seo., 2018). It have ethical values and protection of animals with providing food free from harming animals. The innovation done by the business by this idea is increasing awareness toward healthy food and attracting customers shifting toward healthy food. The big innovation is creating an better environment sustainability and saving environmental concerns with the idea. The lack of awareness created an lower impact with it and with this business the rise in awareness will grow. Customers –The target customers for the business of vegan products will be B2C as well as B2B because Adrian food products provider is serving its products directly to the consumers as well the restraints and cafes who want to serve through their menus to the consumer. The end user of the product which is been provided by the vegan food products provider are the people who are ordering and consuming as per their demand through the chains and franchise of Adrian
food. The market share have vendors contribution towards overall market and their contribution. It provides the idea of its revenue development and generation into the overall market compared to other vendors in the space. It gives overview of how the product provider is performing in order to generate revenue and customer base compare to others. Knowing market share give idea of the competition in the market and identifies the dominance and accumulation.
