This application can be considered to be very much important but on the other hand it not used daily. Background Airline route planning provide a basic plan towards the concept of flight plan a passenger is willing to use. It gives an access point to all the travelers about the flight schedule. Reading level The reading level of the site is very much easy. Taking into consideration the interface of the site it is very much easy and can be considered to be very much user friendly. It avoids the use of technical jargons and words, which may be complicated from the user’s point of view. Cultural background The cultural background can be stated as: Details of the flight is provided to the customer. Options regarding the meal and the sitting arrangement can be provided and displayed to the customer. User name and password access keeps the security of the user up to a certain limit (De Neufville, 2016). Universal design The universal design of the airlines route planning is very much simple. The site can support layout, graphics and font that makes the site very much easy to use and access.

Recommendation The following are the Recommendation for the application. Real time access of the flight and the status can be provided to the traveler Cancel of the ticket should be considered easier and the refund of the money should be done in a more appropriate way. It should be more user friendly. It should include more security features. Online payment gateway should be more secured so that the personal details of the customer can be secured (Sha et al., 2015)
