INTRODUCTION
Best practice approach which claims that in certain best human resources results
generally in the enhancement of the organizational performance. It is the manifestation of the
improved employee attitude, lower level of absenteeism and turnover of the higher level of skills
for the increase in the productivity and efficiency of the organization. In this project the chosen
organization is Amazon which is an American multinational technological company that focuses
over the E-commerce, cloud computing and digital streaming of the services. This project will
demonstrate the following knowledge and understanding for the analysation of the major
theoretical perspective of the HRM that evaluates he shapes of the perspective and role of HR. It
is the undertaking of the analytical review of models, compare and contrast different perspective.

The evaluation of the key business practices of Amazon company can be explained with
the help of the SWOT analysis,
Strengths :
It is the largest online retailer of the world which itself is a motivation to the organization
and its employees for being strategically driven for the cost leadership, differentiation and focus
of the organization. With the help of leveraging the IT skills of the organization the E-commerce
is able to get scalable and easy performance that ensures the company is ahead of its competitors.
This organization is recognized worldwide due to which it never faces shortage of suppliers and
customers (Kang and McAuley, 2019). It has the best logistics and distribution system which is
key to its effectiveness and productivity.
Weaknesses :
Its diversification strategy has spread a lot and as a result of which the business is not
able to focus on wavering the core competence of retail business activities. Offering of free
shipping to the customers can put the business in the danger of losing margin. It is one of the
biggest weaknesses that the business operates in a zero margin business model that serves as a
dent to the profit and company high company for high volume and huge revenue (Shi and et.al.,
2019).
