This is because it could be clearly figured out from the questionnaire that I am an active participant in the organization that I work in. I am highly energized and committed to my work and inspire others through the enthusiasm that I possess. My leader does not have to specifically point out the tasks that I need to perform on priority, since my critical thinking abilities ensure that I am able enough to identify that for myself. This sets me apart from the rest of the group, alongside the fact that even when I am not the leader in a group, I do not hold back on working hard. In fact, my performance still manages to overshadow the fact that I am not the leader, by producing high quality work under any circumstance. An exemplary follower is he who works under the leader with such critical and independent thinking, that it sets him apart from the rest of the group, and earns the trust of his leader that he would be producing quality work even without any supervision. He is actively participative in nature, able to produce quality work. From the above reflection of my questionnaire responses, my traits clearly comply with the requirements of being an exemplary follower, thereby cementing my claim of being one.
