Some causes of crisis in organisation may include
deficiency in project planning, lack of supervision,
conflicts amongst the members.

The issue of crisis situations may lead to devastating
effect on the business organisations.
Major impact has been found on the daily activities
or day-to-day operations of the organisations
(Sommer, Howell and Hadley, 2016).
This leads to major impact on their overall
performance in the long run.
Potential consequences of Crisis

A great role of leaders or leadership has been recognised in the
crisis management in businesses.
Leaders use appropriate strategies or methods to solve the issues
or problems faced by the people in organisation (Davis, Frolova
and Callahan, 2016).
Transformational leadership style has been used in the
Google for resolving the issue of crisis.
The advantage of transformational leadership has been found
facilitating each different level to accomplish their goals.
It unites the efforts or activities of upper level and lower level
to identify issue and make changes in their work practice
(Donnelly, 2015).
