There are various stakeholders of Google – customers, management, employees, shareholders, society, government; while making any business decision it is essential for business organisation to involve all these persons so as to accomplish vision in the best possible manner. For implementation of these strategies, it is important for a company to have effective leaders who successful embedded change in the organisation concerned with specific strategies. For successful execution of policies or strategies, leaders need to adapt effective leadership style as per the situation.
