1ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATIONAL ISSUES Introduction The aim of the report is to form an analysis on the basis of identification of the challenges faced by the chosen industry, CSG limited and prepare a thorough analysis of the issue. This will be supplemented by the application of the management theories and tools. The company has been facing one of the challenges that are more diverse and deep than it appears on the outset. The key issues of the organization has been discussed in the previous assignment which clearly mentions that there are number of issues the company is facing : however the problem lies in the process ofcommunication and management of the same that is impacting the effective functioning of both. Restatement of the problem This has been observed that the chosen industry is facing one of the challenges of market capitalization and communication gap between the management and the employees of the organization. In additionto the issue of communication gap, this particular industry isalso facing the challenges of ineffective financial decisions which has been one of the reasons for their failure of financial management within the organization. Hence it can be argued from the analysis of the issue the company is facing that the issue and challenges presented before it are not singular issues instead it is diverse and multilayered. There are number of positive impact of developing effective and sound communication (Cummings et al. 2015). This has been observed by scholars that the impact of sound communication leads to the fulfillment of target and goals of the company within the given period. On the other hand it has been observed that the impact of poor communication within the organization leads to the problem of poor management of stress within the workplace (Montano et al. 2015).
