This annotated bibliography in nursing explores the significance of leadership styles towards quality of care measures in healthcare settings. It includes three articles that discuss the relationship between leadership styles and the quality of healthcare measures, the association of leadership styles and empowerment with nurses’ organizational commitment, and the use of McGregor's X and Y theory for analyzing values in relation to methodologies and outcomes.
