This annotated bibliography focuses on studying the perception of healthcare providers in Australia when working with children who have some or the other medical complexity. The authors explore how the secondary and primary healthcare setting of Australia helps these children to achieve stability in life. The study method applied was a qualitative study analyzing both primary and secondary data. The study was conducted in Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN), a tertiary paediatric hospital network in New South Wales (NSW) Australia. The article provides insights into the challenges faced by children with medical complexity and proposes integrated healthcare as a solution.
