The authors explore how the secondary and primary healthcare setting of Australia helps these children to achieve stability in life. The study method applied was a qualitative study analyzing both primary and secondary data. The study was conducted in Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN), a tertiary paediatric hospital network in New South Wales (NSW) Australia. The article provides insights into the challenges faced by children with medical complexity and proposes integrated healthcare as a solution.
